Experience

9 years of experience in different areas of the hotel industry (mainly Front Desk, Reservations, Yield Management). 6 years of work for an industry leading manufacturer of hotel software.

Interests

My main interests lie in the hotel industry and everything connected with it. Localisation of menus, confirmation letters, contracts, hotel brochures and websites were my daily tasks in the hotel world. While working in the IT sector I gained insight into localising software and manuals. Slang, especially American slang, is a private interest of mine.
